A demonstration of controlling a Sigma Trac II linear motor stage with a single-axis Sigma-7Siec controller through a .NET (C#) application that uses Yaskawa’s PLCi library for communication between the .NET application and IEC controller program. Includes a demonstration of the functionality as well as a review of how the IEC controller program and .NET application are integrated together using Yaskawa’s PLCi library.
