Unmechanical Extended is an Indie game released by Grip Games for Xbox One and released on Jan. 30th for $9.99. It's an extended remake of the original Unmechanical and features new puzzles and a brand new episode.
I enjoyed the game very much. It's a bit on the short side but overall a lot of FUN. It's a 2.5D Sidescrolling puzzler that will have you thinking really hard at times and is oddly attractive. Despite the lack of story you still get a sense of story from your own emotions and imagination. The characters are simple and so are the controls but the ambiance and the atmosphere add a level of complexity as you ask yourself questions about what's going to on. It certainly sparks a feeling of exploration and curiosity.
I'd definitely recommend picking this up despite it's short playtime as it'll likely be an enjoyable experience even if you don't think you're good at puzzles. Challenge yourself.
