Part of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X7 Update 3, you will get the new Border and grommet markers:
Add borders and grommet markers with the new Border and Grommet dialog box to prepare banners for printing or to mount items to stretchers. Grommets are rings or edge strips inserted into holes through thin material and can be used to insert ropes and properly hang a banner.
