This is the Flash animated music video of the song "Miracle Paint" by OSTER project featuring Hatsune Miku.
This song has a really interesting story. OSTER project originally created this song as a heartfelt "I love you" to her friend, YOji (Yおじ in Japanese), who always draws for her. After publishing the song to NicoNico Douga on November 22, 2007, the song blew up into popularity, leading OSTER to eventually upload the instrumental (alternatively called off-vocal) version on her website. This song is about Miku's love for someone (which is based on the above script) and it has a showtune-like feel to it, which makes it more magical and lovely! (ahh, how I love this song) The music video contains still images of the many artworks that YOji illustrated for OSTER project. A few days later, on November 2007, a person with the name fla3 has fallen in love with the song so much that they produced their animated music video entirely on Flash with some assets from the actual music video, although it wasn't publicly published until April 2008. This also has some special features (which I'll upload shortly after). A bonus feature of the song was also uploaded to NicoNico Douga shortly after (which I'll also upload shortly after), it was about the question that the fans pondered, "Why isn't there any ahoge in the animated music video (which were present in the original)?" (the response was "Yes, there is." and it ends with Miku plucking her eyebrows and putting them in her hair to form the ahoge). OSTER project saw this and liked it so much that not only did she immediately approve the video, but also featured it in one of the Mikukan commercials!
After all these years, this song has never been uploaded in 4K and with the black bars removed, so here it is! This also serves as the 900th video on this channel. I apologize for the black Miku which is visible at one of the frames of the 03:21 timestamp, there must be some issue about Swivel or its Flash Player (yes, the video is converted to MP4 via Swivel)...
