Although the leeventi teleprompter plastic feels a little flimsy it does its job by being a cheap teleprompter around the $60+ range that you can afford, as I was looking at teleprompters they are crazy expensive.
A teleprompter kit might be the solution if you are looking for if you want to look at the camera while you read your script and have to deal with less recording and faster editing because there will be less cutting to do.
The leeventi teleprompter is pretty easy and straight forward to put together it does come with a little remote which I did not even include in the video because it wasn't forth mentioning because it didn't do a good job.
So my final thoughts when it comes to the teleprompter by leeventi, while it doesn't feels like an expensive product it does what it supposed to, it held my camera in place (GH5 with lens) and I was able to put it on my tripod which held pretty well.
One note to make when you put the leeventi teleprompter together is be careful of the sharp edges while you assemble the unit, which I forgot to mention in the video.
Before searching on how do teleprompters work, in this video you can see how everything works in the teleprompter kit, while going teleprompter free can lead to more recordings and cuts and longer editing some people just like to say what comes to mind and sometimes that works great as well.
