STOP using useState - URL Search Params

Stop using useState. Too many sites rely on this or state managers without thinking about the user navigation experience. Lets learn how we can use URL Search Params to handle state instead, with support for server side and client side components. This way we can persist state elements between user when they send links, or refresh the page.
