Thorn set bonus is a great bonus that helps increase sneak success and damage on melee attackers. Originally only available from vault raids, plans can be purchased from traveling saleslady extraordinaire Minerva or Regs in Vault 79. And just so you don't have wait around on Minerva , know Regs is the more guaranteed method to grab the Thorn Armor plans, but know you have to complete the Wastelanders quest line before you have access to him.
