The Slider Leg Curl is an advanced lower body posterior chain exercise that we typically use after an athlete or client has mastered the 1-Leg Hip Lift and the Stability Ball Leg Curl.

The exercise is great because it demands glutes and spinal erectors to stabilize while the hamstrings perform a closed-chain leg curl.

Along with SLDL’s and Sled Marches, Slider Leg Curls are a staple in our posterior chain work.
