12 Degrees
1 1/2 oz Rittenhouse Rye
1/2 oz yellow chartreuse
1/2 oz beet cherry shrub
1 Lemon
Mix in all the ingredients and stir with ice until cold. Strain into a glass of your choice and express the oils of the lemon peel across the top. Enjoy!
