As someone who navigates the daily ups and downs of this responsibility, I'm no stranger to the presence of anxiety in my life. While it's important to address challenges promptly, it's equally vital to recognize when stepping away is necessary for your well-being. Sometimes, the hardest but most appropriate step is to take a break. So, take a deep breath, close your laptop, and go for a walk. Prioritize your mental health and always do what's best for you.
