By default OpenToonz wants to save in a sandbox or project folder in its installation path. It's a bit tricky to find out how to save somewhere else. In this video I show you how you can save a project in another location. Choosing your own custom file path has many advantages because you can save on external hard drives or in your Dropbox cloud, so that your OpenToonz project is always backed up.
