Part 3: How to Create a Custom Form Template in the Cireson Portal for SCSM
In this video we will customize a Configuration Item template within the Cireson Portal for SCSM to expose custom extended properties that we have authored in to an existing Configuration item. SCSM Admins will want to be able to customize the way Configuration Items are displayed to Analysts and also include custom properties to make it easy to edit or update.
