Beautiful sandy beach at the foot of Mount Pelada in the southeast of Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). The beach is located near the coastal town of El Medano. Playa Montaña Pelada is about 100 meters long and 40 meters wide. It is usually windy here because of the eastern trade winds, but when the wind subsides, relaxing on the beach gives a pleasant pleasure from the sun, the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful relief of mountain volcanic rocks. The place itself makes it possible to indulge in oblivion. The rest can be combined with a walk on Mount Pelada and discover the small virgin coves of Playas de la Rajita. There is free parking for the car on the streets of the village of Arenas del Mar.
