Manufacturers when choosing insulation materials try to exclude the breakdown even at high temperatures.
However, this complicates the control of fire danger.
Conventional RCDs (leakage current 10, 30, 100 mA) do not work either when the cable is exposed to fire or when the insulation is burning. Similarly, differential and current automatons are not switched off.
