Fried GPU Teardown
We recently bought a massive lot of GPUs on eBay and in that lot was this Nvidia GTX 1060 which after turning it on started smoking and sparked. It basically exploded on our test bench. So in this video we did a teardown of the card to see what caused the issue. After tearing it down it appears that the memory VRM was where the damage occurred particularly the MOSFET which was completely fried.
