Close All Running applications
Right-click on your Start Menu

Press Windows + R on your keyboard to open Run
In the dialog box, type in the following command

The Windows Registry Editor is now visible on your screen
Now, navigate to the below-mentioned path in the Windows Registry Editor
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TimeBrokerSvc
