ESWAT: City Under Siege - Genesis - How to cheese the final boss on hard difficulty/ Speedrun strat
Accidentally found a flaw in the boss AI that can be exploited really easily to eliminate all rng from the boss battle.
The current WR does this fight in around 30 seconds and with this strategy you can consistently do it in 15-16 seconds.
Done in Bizhawk emulator, so needs confirmation on real hardware.
