Uconnect 7.0 and 8.4 inch:
Engineering menu:
1. Press and hold both the temperature-up (red arrow) and temperature-down (blue arrow) buttons at the same time, for about 5 seconds, and you will enter the "Engineering Menu".
2. A) For 8.4inch - Navigate to - System Information → Radio Part Information → Serial Number (usually start with T00BE or TM9)
B) For 7inch - System Information → Target Main Data → Serial Number (usually start with TVPQN or T00BE or TM9)
Dealer menu
1. Uconnect 8.4inch - Hold the up, down (red and blue temperature) and front defrost “FRONT” buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds and then you are presented with the "Dealer Mode" menu.
2. Navigate to - System Information → Radio Part Information → Serial Number
Uconnect 8.4 inch NEW (from +2019):
1. Press the bottom left and the bottom right edges together and hold until it enters Dealer Mode. Do not press the buttons on the screen; it has to be below them.
2. Navigate to System Information → Radio Part Information → Serial Number

Uconnect 12 inch:
1. A)Press the bottom left and the bottom right edges together and hold until it goes into Dealer Mode. Do not press the buttons on the screen; it has to be below them.
B) Press the bottom left and the top right edges together and hold until it goes into Dealer Mode. Do not press the buttons on the screen; it has to be below them.
2. Navigate to System Information → Radio Part Information → Serial Number

Uconnect 5 inch Engineering menu: (RAM ProMaster)
Press and hold RADIO + MEDIA + BROWSE buttons for 5 seconds
Basic Information → Find serial number

Uconnect 5 - 8.4 inch 2022-25
Hold corners of display for few seconds BOTTOM RIGHT + BOTTOM LEFT + TOP RIGHT + TOP LEFT
