Unique apparel, in Fallout: New Vegas' third DLC, Old World Blues.
Found in pieces and put together in X-13 Research Facility. Is part of the DLC's main quests, but is related to a side quest. If this side quest is completed, in the very same place where the suit is found, you will gain 3 additional upgrades for it:
1. +1 PER when wearing the suit (advanced test)
2. +1 AGL when wearing the suit (expert test)
3. +20% Sneak movement speed (robot compliance test)
