In this mpc one beat challenge discord mpc sample beat challenge we took a sample recommendation from our discord group and flipped the same sample. we all chopped it a different way in our mpc sampler and used our creativity to come up with a different sound. I sampled into the mpc one and chopped my sample using the sample editor and sequenced the sample in the mpc grid editor and also used one of my drums breaks from my Sample pack vl.1 ae a starting point for this boom bap sample based beat on the mpc one. I ended up using the envelope in the sample editor to give it that mother ducker side chain effect while using drum breaks instead of a one-shot kick drum. this is not much of a mpc one tutorial but just wanted to have fun with the discord challenge.
