In this episode, we will check out this project where the developer has unfortunately wind up unfortunately. Based on location, technically it should work as the surroundings are matured with complete amenities and population but the actual execution was not as great.
This is also a great study between strict cost oriented design versus a full lifestyle residence. For Pacific Star, the residence floor plate and unit layout is well designed along with great finishes. But it's an absolute contrast at the facilities deck where it's done almost bare minimal. Just fulfilling the requirements and that's about it.
Now with the lack of developer to drive the commercial area, I'm not too sure what will be end result for the retail zone. This will definitely affect the residents as the entire area would be dark and empty most of the time. Again, based on design intent and theory this project should work. But in reality, hmm....
