Git is an awesome version control tool which allows you to easily manage project code bases and any other file systems! You can use a RaspberryPi to easily host your OWN git server! This means you not only have total control over the code you are writing, but since it is hosted locally you have no file size limits and commits are blazing fast!

Whenever you are writing code you should always be using some kind of version control. This not only helps with organization and consistency across all of your devices, but it also allows you to easily go back to previous versions of any part of your code. This server will also allow your friends to work off of the same project as you by using a VPN server!
