🏁 Before the start of a motocross race, you may have noticed how riders slam their handlebars. But why do they do it? It’s all about a small but very important device called Holeshot. It temporarily locks the front shock absorbers, lowering the front of the bike and shifting the weight forward. This helps to avoid unintentional lifting of the front wheel at the start – a critical moment in any motocross race. After the first jump, the system automatically disengages, and the suspension returns to normal operation. Such a technical trick can decide the outcome of the entire race!
