If you already own rust server you modified rust plugins and you wanna that change to happend in game
in game again console F1 and type this oxide.reload * BotSpawn.plugin
depends what plugin you use if name of plugin is Superman or sommething else you type like this oxide.reload * Superman.plugin
you will see hud in game vanish and come back that means it did reload plugin and use yours modified plugin if you did changed values
