Production Support - Activities:
• Monitor the Job States of each Process/Script
• Apply the filters and check for failed/Faulted Process for every hour
• Examine the failure log and try to determine issue,
○ Business Exception
○ System Exception
• Managing
○ Triggers - Enabling and Disabling the Triggers
○ Asset - Asset data update (Username, Password, File path)
○ Queue - Deleting the duplicate data/item from the Queue and examine the status of Queue item.
• Best Practices:
○ Log all the information into a spreadsheet to find the repeated issues. (Date, Process Name, BOT Name/BOT ID, State, Error Code)
