'Protecting big abortion' is what pro-lifers are saying in response to a lawsuit from New York's attorney general. Democrat Letitia James accuses a pro-life group and several pregnancy help centers of issuing "misleading statements" about abortion pill reversals. The Thomas More Society is pushing back. It accuses the attorney general of a witch hunt. Adding that she wants to keep women in the dark about whether they can continue their pregnancies. In a statement, the Thomas More Society added "delivering on her threat of lawfare against our life-affirming clients, Ms. James has filed a baseless lawsuit in Manhattan - where none of our clients are located - to unconstitutionally silence their pro-life message." Executive Vice President and head of litigation at the Thomas More Society, Peter Breen, joins to tell us why they refer to this as a witch hunt and lawfare against pro-lifers. Breen discusses why they preemptively sued Letitia James and how it could impact this case. Heartbeat International responded directly to Monday's lawsuit telling the Washington Times "AG James is parroting abortion propaganda rather than studying the actual scientific evidence." Breen shares more about what the science says about reversing the abortion drug mifepristone.
