Fil-Am Navy captain relieved of commander duties with honors
Last year, Ernan S. Obellos had been promoted to #Navy captain -- a rank few Filipino sailors have reached. He received the defense meritorious medal for his service.
As he left his post, Obellos called on other sailors to continue their duties, especially amidst the #pandemic.
