You can queue into a free for all match and emote on any one of these islands:

Demon Island - entire stage
Void Major - the floating rock on the far left
Big Crystal Temple - any of the 4 floating platforms (not the soft platforms in the middle)
Twilight Grove - the floating island on the right. note that due to a bug, in the experimental queue this island will not count for the mission.
Big Twilight Grove - the small island on the bottom left
Brawlhaven - the floating rocks on the left and top right
Temple Ruins - the leftmost and rightmost platforms
Galvan Prime - the two floating rock stages (not the soft platforms)
Sun Drive City - the pillar on the right
Tree Fort - the right pillar and the floating boat on the left
Capture the Flag - entire stage
