if you'll ask me about the most amusing thing I've ever experienced in my overall software and It industry, the concept called Knowledge Transfer will definitely make into the list.

There is no way knowledge can be transferred, knowledge can only be acquired, hence I'll request IT industry to stop using the word KT and instead start using the word KA

Hope my thoughts in this video make some sense.
