CONFIRMED!!! Version 4.0 Rerun and Character Banners, Phase 1 and 2, Free 4-Star - Genshin Impact

Hello YouTube, in today's video we will talk about version 4.0 Fontaine new updates, including, Version 4.0 Character Wish banners phase 1 and 2, Weapon Banners, and Free 4-star item reward
Before continue watching this video, please note that, all the information here is subject to change because, it's still to early and will likely change in the future, especially character banners, so, take it as a grain of salt
Just a few hours ago, there was new information about version 4.0 character event wish banners, character rerun, and weapon banners from the quite reliable source
According to the last information, it is confirmed that, Zhongli, Tartaglia, and Yelan will get a rerun in version 4.0, so, HoYoverse is still using the same 4 character banners format in each version
The new 5-star character Lyney, and Yelan rerun, will be in the first phase with the new 4-star character Lynette, while Zhongli and Tartaglia, will be in the second phase with the new 4-star character Freminet
For the other 4-star characters, we don't have any information about them yet, so, stay tuned, because we will update it as soon as we get reliable information
For the weapon banners, in the first phase, Lyney's signature 5-star bow will be released, and one of the best bow in the game, Aqua Simulacra Bow for Yelan
And for the second phase, the weapon banners will be, Polar Star Bow for Tartaglia, and maybe Vortex Vanquisher polearm for Zhongli, but sometimes it's Liyue Series weapons instead
After version 4.0 is released, there will be some new weapons from Fontaine, but highly likely it won't go straight into the weapon banner, because it can be made at the Fontaine Blacksmith with a weapon billet
Also the Battle Pass or Gnostic Hymn weapons will be changed to the new weapon series, we don't know for sure if the old weapons will stay or not, but hopefully we choose between the old and new BP weapons
For the last information for today's video is, we will get a Free 4-star character as a reward for completing the version 4.0 main event, the character is the new 4-star character Lynette
