Hi, I’m Jayne. If you've ever opened a bunch of YouTube videos in the background, you'll know how annoying it is when they all start playing automatically. If you enable the Auto Stop feature in the Turn Off the Lights extension, you don't have this issue anymore.
1. To enable this feature go to the Turn Off the Lights Options page.
2. Scrolls at bottom of the page and enable the “Auto Stop” checkbox.
3. Now if you open a YouTube or a HTML5 video it stop videos from playing automatically on your browser.

Autostop is a feature in the Turn Off the Lights browser extension that stop playing automatically all the YouTube and HTML5 videos. If works on all websites where there is a HTML5 video available such as Netflix, Hulu, Break.com, vimeo, Dailymotion etc.
Default is this feature disable for the new Turn Off the Lights users, but it can be enabled by going to the Turn Off the Lights options page.
