Ayala Land Invests P13 Billion to Revamp Iconic Malls Glorietta and Greenbelt.
The company is investing P13 billion to renovate four of its premier shopping centers: TriNoma in Quezon City, Glorietta and Greenbelt in Makati City, and Ayala Center Cebu.
The revitalization will include a complete overhaul of both exteriors and interiors, incorporating a contemporary aesthetic, intuitive navigation, and a seamless customer journey. While modernizing the malls, Ayala Land remains committed to preserving its signature lush greenery and open spaces, creating inviting outdoor areas for visitors to enjoy.
the revamp of the four flagship Ayala Malls will also increase the gross leasable area by 10 percent.
Ayala Malls is tapping the expertise of global architect and design companies such as Australia’s Buchan for Glorietta and Ayala Center Cebu, San Francisco-based Gensler for Greenbelt, and Hong Kong’s CAN Design Ltd. for Trinoma.
The firm targets to complete Trinoma’s redevelopment by the fourth quarter of next year and the three other malls by 2026.
Glorietta park is now closed for a major redevelopment.Glorietta 1 2 and 3 is also undergoing major transformation.Greenbelt 1 is now demolished to give way to a new and modern mall.Greenbelt 5 and 2 will also be renovated.
