FTP: How to Configure Your Website in LeapFTP
In this HostPapa tutorial, we show you how to configure your website in LeapFTP.
This tutorial assumes you already have LeapFTP running on your computer but not connected to a remote server.
Click Sites at the top of the LeapFTP window. Then select Site Manager. In the site manager window, you can create a New Group, create New Site or Delete them.
Once you have created a new group you will have to fill in the details of the website, so LeapFTP can connect to it via FTP.
Note: if the domain name has not been propagated, you’ll have to enter the website’s IP address instead of the domain name. Double-check to make sure everything has been entered properly. Then click Apply and close.
Once we have successfully configured the website by setting it up in our Site Profile Manager and have established a connection.
