I want to share with you a recipe for a very tasty Echmiadzin tolma! You say, ordinary stuffed vegetables. But no! There are a couple of secrets that make this dish incredibly delicious! The whole secret is in minced meat and broth)))))
Ingredients:
Based on 10 l cauldron
Minced meat (any) 1.5 kg
Bulgarian pepper 1.2 kg
Tomato 1.2 kg
Eggplant 1.2 kg
Rice 0.5 cups
Cilantro 30 g
Basil 30 g
Thyme 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Salt 3 tsp
Tomato juice 2 l
