How To Set A Data Usage Limit On Android
In this Android how-to, I show you how to take control over your data usage by using the data usage feature in the settings. With this feature, you can set a data limit to prevent you from incurring overage charges from your wireless carrier. I also show you how to set a warning at a certain level so your phone will warn you when you are getting close to your limit.
When you enable the data limit, you Android phone will automatically shut off your internet connection (of course you'll still be able to use WiFi). To do this, go to Settings and then Data Usage and check "Set mobile data limit"
