Quite a long and rambling test of this 16750mAh power bank with dual 'inputs'! and dual outputs. It charges fast and has a good capacity but it isn't cheap. That is not a negative, you get some nice features for your money.
There is no power pass through when charging and mine maintained a small load of 100ma without automatically shutting off.
Correction
My cheap goto power bank actually only gave out 7,500mAh at the start of it's life, still reasonable but not the 9,000mAh I claimed.
