Coconut Bun (Dilpasand | Dilkush) is an Indian Pie filled with a moist coconut filling. They are very simple to make and only take a few ingredients that can be found in your kitchen.
Ingredients:-
2 cups All purpose flour
150ml warm milk
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
sesame
Filling:
1.5 cups coconut
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup glased cherry
1/4 cup cashews (almonds/hazelnuts)
2 tbs raisins
1 tsp pineapple/vanilla essence
2 drops orange food colour(optional)
