FACTORY LS3 vs TFS 225 GEN X CATH HEADS! WHAT WORKS BEST ON A 6.0L? Having already compared the 706 to the 799 heads on a 5.3L and 6.0L, then the 799 vs LS3 heads, it was time to compare the factory, rec-port LS3 heads to a set of TFS 225 heads. Since the rec-port LS3 heads were more powerful than any of the factory cathedral-port heads, how would they compare to a set of after market heads? We compared them to TFS 225 heads with two different intakes.
