Windows 10 Professional 64bit

For very Low End PC set Graphics settings this way:
Texture Quality to Medium
Reflection Resolution to Medium
Water Quality to Low
Shadow Quality to Low
Texture Filter Quality to Tri-linear
Lower the distances and density
Test it.
