I'm not gonna lie to you, I came across this tactic in an FM23 Playoff Streamer Showdown, and the tactic works wonders for mid-table teams.

The role selection favors lower league teams as well, so you will score a lot of goals in the lower leagues too.

I dare say, this would be an interesting tactic for FM24 too.
