Testing the DJI Mic 2 with the Insta360 X3 for mountain biking
I watched a few videos showing how the DJI Mic 2 can be used without the receiver with any Insta360 camera so I had to try it.
I went skiing first to test but on the lapel of my jacket it was just too close to my mouth so it was basically useless. I will test agin in a different location, I think on the chest strap of my back back should work.
I decided to try it on the strap of my mtn bike helmet and the results were much better but still not perfect, good enough though.
The only issue I have is that you have to sync every time, you can not just use the one button record option, the camera needs to be on so it will hinder skiing when everything is in rush mode!
