Chicken machboos
Ingredients:
Oil - 1/2 cup
Chopped onions - 2-3
Chopped ginger - 1 tablespoon
Garlic cloves - 9-10
Green chili’s - 2-3
Some whole garam masala (1 cinnamon stick ,4-5 cardamom, 2 bay leaves, 1 star anise, 6 cloves and 1 teaspoons black pepper)
1 and half kg of chicken 🍗
Salt according to your taste
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - above the chicken level
Chicken stock cube - 1-2
Dry lemon - 1
Sweet big chili 🌶️ - 1
Chopped tomato 🍅-1
Basmati Rice -1 kg (soake the rice for 30 minutes )
Butter 🧈 - 1 tablespoon
Saffron water for rice
Saffron water for spread all over the chicken 🍗 :
Saffron water 1/2 cup
Pinch of yellow food color
Melted ghee - 3 teaspoons
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Arabic spice powder / curry powder - 1/2 teaspoon
For topping:
Soaked chana dal - 1/2 cup
Square shaped chopped onions 🧅 - 3-4
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Golden raisins - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
