Recipe :
Dipping  sauce ~  one cup of sour cream , one pinch of chopped up parsley, one splash of lemon or lime juice, a good pinch of salt, a good pinch of pepper, a good pinch of onion powder, mix up, cover and refrigerate until you are ready to use.
Stuffing for morel mushrooms~ we used mascarpone cheese, chopped up blue cheese stuffed green olives, chopped up pepperoni and diced up bacon
 batter mixture to dunk the mushrooms in ~ we mixed up four eggs, and in a separate bowl mix up a couple of cups of  flour, a big pinch of pepper, a big pinch of salt, a big pinch of onion powder, a big pinch of cayenne pepper, a big pinch of garlic salt
double dip, your mushrooms in egg and flour then fry an oil for four minutes on each side or a total of eight minutes or until they look like golden brown chicken drumsticks.
dip in Pizza or marinara sauce, or your homemade dipping sauce, that you have prepared and enjoy :-)
