Ingredients for making pumpkin crisp:
Pumpkin Crisp Filling:
2 cups (425g) pumpkin puree
1/2 cup (90g) brown sugar
2 tsp (4g) pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs, room temperature
1 can (12 oz / 354ml) evaporated milk
Pinch of sea salt

Streusel Topping:
3/4 cup (100g) all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (180g) rolled oats
1/2 cup (90g) brown sugar
2 tsp (4g) cinnamon
1/2 cup (60g) chopped pecans (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (110g) butter, melted
