This is a short social experiment i made to prove a point to those who say Russians don't speak English at all.. the fact is that, English is taught as a subject in schools but the only reason most of them can't communicate or have no desire to speak English is because they don't practice.

Most people understand English but just cannot express their thoughts and this makes communication a big challenge.
In the last scene the young man responded in English saying "Sorry, i can't speak English" . this means that he just didn't want to embarrass himself when there is an attempt.
