الحل الاول: تضغط على البرنامج بزر الفأرة الايمن ثم تضغط run troubleshooter تختار الخيار الثاني ثم تكمل الخطوات كما في الفديو(بالنسبة لاي برنامج وجهتك مشكلة اعمل هذا الحل)
الحل الثاني:اتبع الخطوات في الفيديو

The first solution: right click on the program, then click run troubleshooter, choose the second option, then complete the steps as in the video (for any program where you have a problem, do this solution)
