Chicken Big Mac

It’s good!

Ingredients

3 chicken breasts
1 tsp each onion, garlic powders, garlic salt, white pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Batter
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup flour1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp black pepper

1 cup corn starch

Form the patties and freeze them for 1 hour. Cover with corn starch, batter and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden.
