Right turn from THE MIDDLE LANE!!? No it wasn't a lane change!
Involved in where I made contact with the van who was making a right turn from the middle lane! No it wasn't a lane change!
UPDATE: ICBC (car insurance company here in BC - Canada) has determined the other driver has 100% responsibility for this incident!
UPDATE #2: my car has been completely repaired, pay for by the car insurance company.
