What ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR means? Actually this error ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR simply means that your installation or hosting or domain registrar does not support https:// protocol for your installation.
I want to install an ssl on my domain and got this error and i cloud not access to my wordpress website to correkt the url, so you have to edit this from your sql darabase. if you cant access to the cp, please contact your host provider.
1-Go to phpmyadmin on your cp
2-navigate to your WordPress database
3-choose wp_options table.
4-Change your site url and WordPress url to http:// protocol instead of https://
