Picsart - Neon Glitch Effect
Hi Everyone, This is Daniel In this video we are gonna see How to create Neon Glitch Effect using Picsart. Picsart Photo Studio is the free mobile editing app.
Steps:
1. Open your Image in Picsart
2. Add a Neon Glitch Circle Sticker
3. Add only to the Background
4. Duplicate the Neon Glitch Circle
5. Change the Blend Mode to Add
6. Add Blur Effects to the Duplicated layer
7. Then Add Effects
